About Thomas J. Drake

Attorneys used to paint their name on a board and hang the board in front of their house to advertise.  The board was a shingle, so “Hanging out my Shingle” meant starting a law practice.  I hung out my shingle in 1988.  I started my law office by going to court to help people who were arrested on drug charges, DUI charges, any other charges throughout Nashville and Middle Tennessee.

I continue to believe that my greatest service is a commitment to be of help and to offer the best legal advice possible.
